Find pre-market homes in Leeds
HomePinr is a UK pre-market property platform. In Leeds, you can record interest in the homes and streets you’d genuinely like to live on — even if nothing there is for sale yet — and homeowners can claim their property and see that interest.
Start with the places that fit your routine
Your Leeds shortlist might centre on Chapel Allerton, Headingley or Meanwood. Think about the journeys you regularly make and the places you want nearby, then compare specific streets within your chosen neighbourhoods. HomePinr lets you record interest in those homes and streets while you continue looking at properties already for sale.
Which part of Leeds do you mean?
Leeds city centre is only a small part of Leeds.
The Leeds council area, run by Leeds City Council, covers much more, including neighbourhoods such as Chapel Allerton, Headingley and Meanwood.
West Yorkshire is made up of five council areas: Bradford, Calderdale, Kirklees, Leeds and Wakefield. The others are separate from Leeds, even where they border it.
Neighbourhood names such as Chapel Allerton and Headingley describe local areas. Their boundaries can be informal and do not necessarily match council ward or postcode boundaries.
Postcode districts such as LS7 are Royal Mail delivery areas. They don’t line up exactly with neighbourhoods or council boundaries, and some LS postcodes are outside the Leeds council area.
HomePinr lets you pin homes and streets, not whole postcode districts. Search for the exact address or street you mean.
Narrowing your search to particular streets
- Start with your daily life. Think about where you’ll travel to most often, then look at the neighbourhoods around it.
- Use a local centre as your anchor. For example, start around the centre of Chapel Allerton, where Harrogate Road meets Stainbeck Lane, then look at specific nearby streets. Check each address rather than assuming all surrounding streets share the same postcode.
- Choose the actual street. For example, Northbrook Street is in Chapel Allerton, in LS7.
- Check the name and postcode. Make sure the street you pin is the one you mean before you pin it.
- Pin places you would genuinely consider, and update your pins as your plans change.
These areas are examples of how to search. They don’t mean anyone has pinned or claimed homes there.
For buyers: search the map and pin
Search any UK address, street or postcode, then pin a single home or a whole street on the map — whether or not anything there is currently for sale. Your pins record your interest.
If your pin overlaps with a claimed property, you can be notified—whether the buyer pins first or the homeowner claims first.
For Leeds homeowners: claim your property
Claim your property on HomePinr to see buyer interest that has been recorded for your home and your street.
Claiming is a self-declaration: HomePinr does not currently check ownership independently. Each property can only be claimed once.
When interest and a claim overlap
A match happens when a buyer’s pinned home or street overlaps with a claimed property, in either order. Both sides can be notified, and a conversation can begin through HomePinr’s messaging. Buyers are shown to homeowners with general labels rather than their names.
Claiming isn’t a decision to sell
Claiming a property does not mean the homeowner has decided to sell. A match doesn’t guarantee a reply, a viewing, a sale or a purchase.
Works alongside your usual property search
Keep using property portals and estate agents for homes already on the market. HomePinr gives you another way to show interest in specific homes and streets before they are listed.
