What is HomePinr?
HomePinr is a UK pre-market property platform. It helps buyers show interest in homes and streets before they are listed for sale, and gives homeowners a way to see that interest.
For buyers: pin the homes and streets you love
Search any UK address, street or postcode, then pin a home or a street on the map. You can pin a single home or a whole street, whether or not anything there is currently for sale.
Your pins record your interest. If a homeowner on a home or street you’ve pinned joins HomePinr and claims their property, you can be notified.
For homeowners: claim your property and see buyer interest
Homeowners can claim their property on HomePinr. Once you’ve claimed it, you can see buyer interest that has been recorded for your home and your street.
Claiming is a self-declaration: HomePinr does not currently check ownership independently. Each property can only be claimed once. If you believe your property has been claimed by someone else, contact homepinr@outlook.com.
When there’s a match
A match happens when a buyer has pinned a home or street and a homeowner there has claimed their property — in either order. A match can occur whether the buyer pins first or the homeowner claims first.
Both sides can be notified, and a conversation can begin through HomePinr’s messaging. Buyers are shown to homeowners with general labels rather than their names. Any details you choose to share in a conversation are up to you.
A match is a starting point
A match means a buyer’s recorded interest overlaps with a claimed property. Claiming a property does not mean the homeowner has decided to sell.
It doesn’t guarantee a reply, a viewing, a sale or a purchase. Matches counted on HomePinr are not completed sales.
